How it works — a simple routine for cleaner airflow
Maintain your heat pump yourself — no dismantling required.
PUHTIS® cleaning is designed to support safe and regular user maintenance without opening or disassembling the device.
Tasks involving dismantling, refrigerants or electrical components should always be handled by a qualified professional.
1. Turn off the power
Always switch off the device before cleaning.
2. Remove the filters
Carefully slide the filters out of the indoor unit and rinse them gently with water.
3. Brush away dry dust and debris
Use the included brushes to remove visible dust from the coil fins and blower wheel.
Note: The blower wheel should be cleaned dry only, as there is no separate water collection tray beneath it.
4. Vacuum remaining particles
Vacuum loose dust to support a more thorough cleaning result.
5. Apply Puhtis® cleaner
Spray the cleaning solution evenly onto the metal coil surfaces and fins.
Protect surrounding areas if necessary.
6. Rinse with clean water
Rinse carefully with clean water.
The rinse water flows through the unit’s normal condensate drainage system, just like during regular operation.
Allow the unit to dry — then enjoy fresher airflow and a cleaner indoor environment again.

Olin aiemmin pessyt vain suodattimet, mutta kennon lika yllätti. Puhtis-setillä puhdistus onnistui helposti ilman purkamista, ja likaa irtosi selvästi enemmän kuin odotin.
