SHIPPING & RETURNS
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY TERMS

This document outlines the payment methods, delivery principles, customer information, return policy, and other terms for the Puhtis.com online store. The store is operated by Plansell Oy (Business ID: 2411612-0). These terms apply within Finland and the European Union unless otherwise stated.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payments in the Puhtis.com online store are securely processed through Paytrail Plc (Business ID: 2122839-7), a payment service provider supervised by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority and part of the Nets Group.
Available payment methods include:

Online banking: Payment buttons for all Finnish banks (e.g., Nordea, OP, Danske Bank, S-Pankki)

Invoice and installment services: OP Lasku, Walley, Jousto, AfterPay
Paytrail will appear as the payment recipient on your bank statement or invoice and will forward the payment to Plansell Oy. The payment is made over a secure connection, and no card details are stored in the online store's systems.
ORDERING AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
Orders are placed on the Puhtis.com website by adding products to the shopping cart and completing the payment at checkout. After a successful order, the customer receives an order confirmation via the email address they provided. The confirmation includes details of the ordered products, prices, and selected payment method.
DELIVERY TERMS
Products are delivered within the EU to the address provided by the customer. The standard delivery time is 5–14 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Available delivery methods and shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.
Puhtis.com is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer or by third-party service providers (e.g., shipping companies). The online store is responsible for damage to products during shipping.
RIGHT OF RETURN AND REFUND
Consumer customers have the right to cancel their order and return unused, resaleable products within 30 days of delivery.
Returns must be reported in advance by email to info@puhtis.com with the subject line "Return Notification". The notification must include the customer’s name, order number, and a list of the products being returned. Return instructions will be sent to the customer via email.
Returned products must be sent in their original packaging, carefully packed, and include all parts, manuals, and any promotional items. The product must be unused and in perfect condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return concerns a defective product.
A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the return. The refund will be processed using the original payment method.
COMPLAINTS
Complaints must be submitted without delay via email to info@puhtis.com. The complaint should include the customer and order number, as well as a description of the issue. In case of product defects, the online store has the primary right to correct the issue or deliver a replacement product.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Puhtis.com processes customer data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). More detailed information is available in our Privacy Policy.
APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These agreements are governed by Finnish law. In the event of a dispute, the primary point of contact for consumers is the Consumer Advisory Services, and if needed, the Consumer Disputes Board. Disputes with business customers will be settled in the District Court of Helsinki, Finland.
